A dynamic yoga flow to strengthen and improve suppleness

Saturdays

8.15am-9.15am
A high intensity power yoga flow designed to strengthen, tone and generate heat in the body.  Perfect for those wanting to work hard!

9.30am-11.00am
90 minutes of total mind and body flow.  A combination of meditation, energising yoga flow and restorative relaxation
