Emma swapped the office for the gym 10 years ago, retraining initially as a Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer and then completing Level 2 OCR Mat-Based Pilates at Morley College in London.  Emma is a fully insured and certified Pilates Teacher and a member of REPS (Registered Exercise Professionals).

Emma has taught a variety of classes, from Bootcamp to Hula Hooping, but now specialises in teaching Pilates on a 1:1 or studio based classes.

Since learning to teach Pilates, Emma has completed many related workshops and courses, including STOTT Roller & Mini Ball (2013), Gravity Reformer Certificate (2014), Barre Plus Pilates (2015) and Pre and Post Natal Exercise Training (2016).  Continued personal development helps her to deliver effective and varied classes and PT sessions.

Emma is currently training in Somatic Movement.  This method allows you to combat daily aches and pains, backache or perhaps more serious injuries, by releasing muscle tension and re-learning natural movement patterns.

Emma lives in Tonbridge with her husband and children and a naughty black Labrador.  She runs and adopts a healthy balanced approach to life.
